Cibolo Hills West by Trophy Signature Homes

Buyer beware, the pictures they have of the amenities are for the original Cibolo Hills which is not sufficient enough to support the first four phases that were built. Seeing Trophy homes and the issues that the buyers have had with their houses I wouldn't recommend them, the HOA they are building in or the overarching developer who's splitting the one pool between two neighborhoods as amenities since Cibolo West got annexed into the HOA with the original Cibolo Hills by the developer (not the residents).

*Realtors and clients beware* my experience with this builder while helping my client was subpar. Our sales rep stated that she would be reaching out to management to get approval for the current incentives to apply to the house my clients wanted as it previously only applied to homes that were further along. She then let us know she got approval from management but it turns out that was only for some of the items not all an this was not communicated to us at all. We found this out when signing the contract. I highly recommend you get all incentives and communication in writing and ensure it is on the contract accurately when dealing with them.

Just want all people to be aware dealing with this builder with inside house lender; I had a dreadful experience with this home builder. They refused to accept any pre-qualifications from third-party lenders, insisting that we had to go through their own qualification process first. This not only limited our options but also felt like they were forcing us into their financial terms without considering our preferences or circumstances. It's disappointing when a company prioritizes their own agenda over the convenience and choices of their customers. I don't recommend anyone wasting their time to deal with them because they can manipulate the situation!!!! Why go through all that again when you already been approved! They are bad Business!! Horrible place to purchase a home! They will take your earnest money and not return it under any circumstance DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Trophy Signature Homes in Cibolo Hills. They took my earnest money and never returned it unlocked other builders! Josh the manager is a horrible person that only cares about the companies greed. I will continue to report regularly with names so people will be aware! Earnest money was $5000 dollars yes five grand they would not return my money and I'm warning everyone to stay away!

I really liked the Cibolo hills property & wanted to know more about it therefore we went there twice but, Sales person was on PTO or something and temp didn’t provided much of details .. To learn more, We called the sales rep but to our surprise the rep was also not in mood to provide any details and he lacked interest to talk over the phone. Which sounded rude & very unprofessional..
