Bloomfield Homes at Hunters Ridge

Purchased a new home, closed 12/5/25. So far, few issues: gouge in the door, unpainted areas, doorbell chime not working. However, we brought over our fridge from our former residence. When plugged in, it tripped the GFCI outlet next to the Fridge. Chris (Construction Site Manager or somesuch) had someone out the next morning to fix the outlet. Unfortunately, we are still out $250 in cold and frozen foods and Jack's (Community Manager) response was "Like all warranties, there is no compensation [for] consequential damages." So! When you move in, before you bring over perishable foods, make sure the outlets work! They don't care about you once you sign on the dotted line beyond contractual obligations (warranty work).

Jack Community manager and Chris the Construction manager are the best ever work with. They are very respectful, Attentive and listen to you. They will go extra lengths to get the work done. Communication and updates during construction was great.

Poor customer service by community manager Jack and the community has a major field mice infestation that finds there way into your atric due to gaps along the roof line. I would not recommend and i live here.

It was nerves that got the best of me but it was a good build.

Jack and this team where a great help in finding my home. Jack was very knowledgeable and still help with questions I may have. All around solid team
