I’ve lived here for almost a year, and I’ve had the greatest experience. I appreciate Ms. Rhonda For always going above and beyond for our community. This year not only did she give residents individual Christmas cards, but she gave my two daughters gifts for Christmas as well!! What a blessing, no one is doing it the way she does it! Thank you for loving us like your own and making us feel welcomed!

I love ms Rhonda! I’m going on my 2nd year of staying here, and I must say I haven’t had any problems she is so sweet and kind! Always available for any concerns or questions I have. Not to mention she thought about my babies for Christmas! Got them Christmas gifts , which warmed my heart to even be thought of! I definitely recommend 10/10

Hello, Please allow me to tell you about my interaction with your Palladium property manager, Ms. Rhonda Our family had begun to believe we would never find affordable housing that would accommodate the fixed income of our disable Uncle. Then we had the pleasure to speak with Ms. Rhonda, who was literally a breath of fresh air. Unfortunately, her Palladium location was filled. However, she was still a plethora of useful information and resources. She put me and my family's minds at ease. If the remaining Palladium staff is half as efficient as Ms. Rhonda, you are running a property that believes in stellar customer service and in providing available solutions to the housing issues. Ms. Rhonda and her team at Palladium Crowley are absolutely amazing!! I was on the waiting list for over a year when she called to tell me she had availability!! She made the process so easy and communicated with me through everything! Thanks again Ms. Rhonda ! You are truly heaven sent!

Ms. Rhonda has been the best property manager we’ve had in the past four years I’ve been living there. I cannot appreciate her enough truly, every time I’ve had something come up I’ve been able to communicate with her effortlessly and she’s always responded with compassion and quickness in every situation. My AC went out I called her and it was fixed within 24 hours, I have had hardships and she’s sat and listened and helped come up with a game plan to reassure me she’s in my corner. She is here for her people and advocates for us and goes above and beyond to support the us. Genuinely so thankful for Ms. Rhonda, I will always give people her name when sending them to palladium Crowley.
