Hunters Ridge by Risewell Homes

We just moved here from Alabama for a new job opportunity and found this quaint and welcoming community. After looking at 40 houses located from Mansfield to Eagle Mountain, we found an acceptable newly constructed house in Crowley and Hunters Ridge. The house is situated adjacent to a compound the builder’s representative described as a “capped pipeline,” however, two weeks after we closed, a sign appeared in the easement saying the owners were about to begin fractional operations (“Fracking”). Now we hear the sound of a generator running 24/7. I sent the builder an email explaining our displeasure and reminded them that they had a duty to disclose. To date, they have not responded.
