St Andrews Apartments

As you write out your deposit when you move in, kiss the money good-bye, and tell Vicky to have a great vacation on the backs of hard-working people. Here is our story: My 90+ year-old Mom lived at these apartments for 2 years. You would never know she is 90+ years old - very active for her age, and capable of anything. For most of her liife, she owned her own home, but for the last 7 years, has lived in 3 different apartments - the first 2 with my 90+ year-old Dad. St. Andrews is the most recent experience. Both my Mom and Dad lived a 'gentle' life style - very easy on the furniture and structures, taking care of everything, as they grew up in the depression, where life was hard, and financial resources scarce and limited. They always cleaned up after themselves and took excellent care of

We moved to St. Andrews after a house fire in May. I called and talked to Vicki and she was very patient and kind. She even suggested that I call my insurance company to cover the rent. We had no idea what we were doing so I appreciated the advice. Shortly after we moved in, we discovered that the air conditioning was out. This was on a Friday. I mentioned it to Julio (maintenance) on my way out. By the time I got home, there was a portable air conditioner hooked up and running. It was cool and comfortable. By Tuesday morning, the air was fixed and we were much relieved. We hadn't expected such good care. We really appreciate the above and beyond efforts that have made us feel so welcome here. You can't get that everywhere!

Stay clear of this place Very rude and aggressive, not respectful manager named Vicky and staff Will enter units on very short notice Not very attentive or responsive to issues and when they are, will blame you Most units are empty, many have moved out Takes the cheap way out on everything, building markers were pieces of board with numbers spray painted on them set in front of the buildings for years instead of attaching numbers to the buildings Only concerned about their money

Initially this was a great place for my elderly mother to move to. But management went down quickly & after 2 years and a major fall in their icy parking lot causing a fractured back and now constant nerve pain, we’ve moved her out, without hardly even an apology for their lack of maintenance on the lot. Now management has not sent her the deposit or any explanation as to why not (it’s been 2 months since she moved out), even though the apartment was left spotless. Area is beautiful, but sorry to say, we really don’t recommend it anymore at all.

I've only been living at St. Andrews for a few months but I LOVE it, it's such a peaceful place! The staff and management are super friendly, helpful, reliable, and respectful. The apartment is huge and very affordable, especially compared to others in the area. The location is perfect- close to grocery stores, restaurants, fitness centers, and a short drive from downtown. One of my favorite aspects is the view! The complex is set back a bit and on a trail so all I see is tress and wildlife. It's extremely quiet- both location wise and in regards to neighbors. I highly recommend St. Andrews!
