DONT RENT HERE DONT WASTE YOURE MONEY. OTHER APARTMENTS ARE MUCH CLEANER AND CHEAPER WITH THE SAME EQUIPMENT Good apartments but watch out when you move out they will look for anything to charge you and take it directly from you’re deposits without even telling you I was expecting a full refund but lady told me they had already taken the money They charged me almost the same amount for a whole month and I only stayed for half I moved out and paid $898 for a studio when a full month I paid 1,250 Ripoff and still charged me $400 and some change so they took my deposit and still sent me a bill to pay unprofessional service no communication I have pic of the apartment and videos of how clean I left it and they still charged me $89 just bec I did not show them a quote even though I did it mys

First of all, Keisha and her staff Josiah and Josie and the maintenance crew are top notch! Very friendly. Very professional and knowledgeable. I had read some bad reviews before I moved in and wasn't sure so I talked it over with staff and moved in and was very pleasantly surprised. Very quiet community. Very quiet apartment. Nice layout of the floor plan was modern appliances and countertops. I am extremely pleased with all of the above. Very glad I moved here!!!

Beautiful community! Currently, living in a 3 bedroom with my family. We were referred by friends that live here as well. Office team and maintenance team are wonderful. When our lease is up, we will be renewing.

I’ve had an amazing experience living at this apartment complex, and a big part of that is thanks to Josie! From day one, she has gone above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Whether it’s answering questions, helping with maintenance requests, or just being a friendly face around the office, Josie truly cares about the residents and it shows. The complex itself is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Amenities are top-notch, and any concerns are addressed quickly and professionally. But again, the real standout here is the staff — especially Josie. She’s professional, warm, and always willing to help with a smile. If you’re looking for a place to call home, this is it. I couldn’t be happier

UPDATE: We are still living here and have had no issues with the complex, staff, maintenance, or anything else. Highly recommend Springs at Round Rock! Original review three years ago: We just moved in a day ago, and I am already loving this place. The apartment is very nice, as well is the entire complex. We only had one very minor issue when we moved in (an outlet wasn't working) and maintenance came within 20mins of us reporting and the gentleman was very nice and helpful. It was fixed in a matter of minutes. The layout of the buildings is wonderful, providing plenty of space in between buildings.
