Springs at Red Mountain

So far so good. 3 months in. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly and repairs are completed without leaving a trace. That crew is great. The grounds are well kept. The staff is friendly. The amenities are adequate for my needs. I would recommend this community without hesitation.

I am very impressed with the customer service. Everything has not been perfect but the fact that the staff is always positive upbeat and empathetic even days they probably don’t want to be which really means a lot. Most apartment complexes I usually have a hard time getting a hold of the front desk but some one is usually always available here. I think Frank and Kayla are top Tier and hope they get the credit they deserve. Charging stations for EVs and better key fob could make the experience better but the front staff makes up for any lacking amenities. Thank you Kayla and Frank you both are great!

My husband and I moved in recently, about a month ago and the move in experience was effortless. Kayla was amazing to work with and answered all our questions in a timely and respectful manner. We are enjoying our unit and any concerns or complaints we may have had were addressed right away and taken care of. Happy we decided to live here!

I have only been here since April 2025 but my experience here has been amazing. Every staff person I have met has been welcoming and helpful. The grounds are kept immaculate and clean. Neighbors are always friendly and Kayla/Frank make you feel like family. My father always taught me, "you get what you pay for" and that goes so true for Springs at Red Mountain. It might seem a little pricey but you are treated like royalty and the accommodations are fabulous. The staff provides wonderful community activities and they are always seeking input on how to make the community even better. If you are looking for a new "home" the Springs at Red Mountain is the place for you.

I am a 76-year-old 100% disabled Vietnam Veteran and have never been more disgusted in a company as I am with this company. First, I got no discount for being a veteran yet there has been a “Rental Partnership Program” that most companies throughout the country are with. It encourages companies to offer military discounts which most in Florida and Colorado and other states do now. Second, I have rented many, many apartments in my life and never have I been changed to repaint the walls. They charged me $200 so do not hang anything on the walls or you will be sorry. Third, I have never been charged for any carpet repairs or cleaning since it was considered normal wear. They charged me $250! Forth, they charged me with a blind that was damaged when I moved in, but I did not notice it at th
