Spring Valley Apartments

We're so impressed this apartment complex it's unbelievable, especially at this price point!! Very nice units and grounds! Very well maintained, more akin to a condominium! Overall probably the best apartments in the area for the price!!

I don't even know where to start but i have lived here seven months now and just because I have a dog, the property manager always thinks it's my dog's shit all over the place when there's other dogs that live in this she always has an attitude when speaking to her you wait a while to get a maintenance request complete Because there's only one guy doing it all when I first moved in here, the carpets were not cleaned.Properly there's no new appliances no new carpet its all old which it definitely needs new carpet if you want five stars, I think some things need to change yes the neighborhood is quiet but the request should be at least three days of coming out if one person can't handle it, they need to.Hire another person to help out

Lived here for 2yrs someone hacked our social security so we didn't get our payment on time and instead of the management company trying to work with us they just didn't care and we paid our rent on time every single month so these actions show us the only thing that matters is them getting paid no concern for the resident and I do mean none, never dealt with such a place and we lived in DC before and received better interactions than here, SMH won't waste another year in this place not worth the money, paper thin walls inspections every month very sorry we moved here. 🤷🏽🤦🏽
