Have never had any issue with the staff would give a 10 if I could!! Just had my A/C repaired from Gerard and Elias they are very professional and Gerard explained to me what the issue was and my A/C was repaired on the same day I called the work order in. I appreciate each and everyone you.

Had such a great experience when I stopped by today. I was looking for a two bedroom for my daughter and I and I ran into Ingrid. She was of great help! She was patient and answered all my questions. I wish everyone was this nice and resourceful when apartment searching. Thank you to her for all her help!

Do you want an honest review? Well, I'm going to give it to you. Great residents, clean grounds, some maintenance staff are very friendly. Apartments? Horrible. Old appliances, they don't fix anything and tell you it's your responsibility. If you prefer coming home to an apartment that becomes unbearably hot in the summer, then this is the ideal choice for you as the air conditioners doesn't effectively cool the space. I had to install an A/C unit in the window a few weeks ago. If you like unusual pets, this is the ideal place for you. You'll have everything from bedbugs, cockroaches, to mice that visit you at night and eat your bread. If you like black mold on your ceiling, having your car vandalized, or parts of your vehicle stolen, then I highly recommend you move to Spring Hill Apartme

I had to give them 1 star to write my review. I’m so glad to see other people have had the same problems that I have had. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I moved in my apt July 2015. My apartment had lots of problems all the outlets did not work, my dishwasher was not working and it had roaches. I lived there for a month and discovered I had bedbugs. I just bought mattresses from Rooms to go and had to toss them. I continued to have bedbugs but the said nobody else had them so it had to have come from me. BS!!! I had seen multiple mattresses and furniture by the dumpsters. They had gone through 2 sets of managers 1 office manager fired for sleeping with the staff ( maybe hearsay) I could never get a parking spot and on weekends forget it you would be parking near the office. I will be moving from Spring Hill because of work, but I am happy with my time here. The property has come along way since a year and a half ago. I loved sitting by the pool in the summer. It was never intrusively loud around us, although that could be because we have had quiet neighbors. Our time here has been peaceful. When we needed repairs we would call the office staff and maintenance always came within a reasonable amount of time. Everything that needed to be fixed was fixed without any trouble for us. I also never found management to be intrusive, but I've been an appropriate tenant and followed the property rules and paid on time. I've looked at so many apartments in Goose Creek and I'd say these are among the spacious and comfortable in the this price range. The major drawback is
