Spring Creek Apartments

Lived here for a little over a year starting in May of 2023 and ending in September of 2024. PLEASE KNOW BEFORE YOU RENT FROM THEM they WILL NOT be a rental refrence for you, so when you go to rent somewhere else it makes it way harder as they often want rental history information. The apartment itself was nice enough, quiet area which was nice, but they love to absolutely jack up rent whenever they can. I put in extactly one maintenance request in my time living here and nothing ever came of it, I'm fortunate that it wasn't somthing important. Overall it's an okay plave to live but the management and parent company Greystar are not the best to work with. You can likely find better in the area.

I’ve never left a review before. They took 800 of our security deposit. On a spotless apartment. moved out in March. Still haven’t got our check. Have called countless times. Now a collection agency is saying we are in debt the amount they owe us! My dad has been on the phone all morning. Still hasn’t resolved.

Similar to other reviews I left my apartment spotless upon move out and yet I somehow owed them 78 on top of my security deposit. We didn’t receive a letter until 1/8 but somehow it was due on 1/11…literally made no sense. The apartments are outdated and the windows were not properly sealed because mold would grow in all of the windows. DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE!!!

Don’t live here. High turnover in management. Zero communication or engagement regarding rent, service requests, and billing. Lethargic response times from bothered staff who were frequently unavailable. Regularly billed separately for utilities, even though utilities were included in rent. Unexplained additional rent charges after move-out, even after paying last month’s rent in full. After cleaning and leaving our place spotless on move out, an extremely expensive cleaning process ate up our deposit. Abhorrent experience. Avoid living here at all costs.

I have contacted them multiple times and in multiple ways (via email, their website, and by phone) over the course of a month to inquire if they have any apartments available and about pricing and they have never answered the phone or gotten back to me. If they can't be bothered to answer the phone for a potential tenant (customer) I don't think that bodes well for how responsive they would be as landlords. I would be wary.
