Spring Chase Apartments

Do not move here if you care about your health and sanity.I put multiples repairs request from november to now.I made more than 10 calls since november,they ignored all.I was told by the rude lady at the front desk,i shouldn't expect my request for repairs to be done "expediously".

Do not move at Spring Chase apartments on Memorial Dr.You may want to add couple hundred to your budget to found a nice a safe place to live rather.They don't fix things after you move in.They will make you call them severals times at some points you will feel like you're begging!!! But still no actions will be taking to fix your living issues.None!!! There's water leaking from the ceiling and now i can see molds forming....Very disgusting!!! The faucet in the kitchen is faulty after yrs of use.It cannot be turn off after i turn on.There's a whole in the bathroom wall,the peeling floor looks super nasty.Security is almost none existant! My car windows was vandalized twice!! The first time it happened,i wake up one day my car was gone! The second time, I was getting ready to run some erra

** Unsafe, disrespectful, and negligent management My experience at Spring Chase Apartments has been extremely poor. Management repeatedly allowed maintenance staff to enter my apartment **without giving proper notice**, even though I requested advance notice for privacy reasons. All maintenance staff were male, and I was not fully dressed, which made me feel **unsafe and vulnerable**. My apartment had **serious safety hazards and maintenance issues**, including: * Plumbing problems (shower hot and cold reversed) * Broken window components * Water leaking from the ceiling * Broken closet door nearly falling on me * Roaches * Unfinished repairs and paint work * Maintenance leaving lights on, increasing my utility bills Additionally, I experienced **harassment from the property manager C

I'm not sure how people live in other buildings, but we share our hallway with homeless people in our building (building 1). Later, they may permit them to get into our bedrooms, no doubt. When I went to the security guy and the leasing office, their technical answer was that they can't do anything.

The Young Maintenance Men Are Lazy! Always Standing Outside. There are not lights in the room you have to buy your own lap. I’ve only been living here for going on 3months now and still haven’t received my mailbox key. I wouldn’t recommend honestly wish I would’ve found somewhere better
