They were responsive and took care of the maintenance issues very well. I truly loved living in this apartment. Quiet, very well-heated, and wonderful location – both Coolidge Corner and Washington Square are 9 minutes away, and the T station is 1 minute (3 ft) away!
They don't return calls about rodents. Their excuse is they typically use email yeah ok!
They did a great job taking care of maintenance issues in the apartment I'm renting.
