⭐ ZERO STARS IF I COULD Living at this apartment complex has been an absolute nightmare. Unit 94 (located directly below the showcase/model apartment) tested POSITIVE for BLACK MOLD, something I was unknowingly exposed to for years. Despite providing documentation and doing everything the right way, management refused to waive the early termination fee, showing zero concern for tenant health or safety. On top of that, the property has a severe roach infestation. No matter how clean you keep your unit, they are everywhere. Trash is another major issue—Valet Trash frequently fails to pick up, causing trash to pile up and attract rats and other rodents around the property. It’s disgusting and unsafe. Would never recommend. There are very specific staff members that are amazing however management as a whole is horrible. The upkeep and communication sucks. They keep getting new management, never received a mailbox key and there was always issues receiving my mail and packages. The pool is never open and they claim it has to be cleaned everytime you ask. A bunch of extra fees and tickets marked completed or deleted when no one even came to complete the order. Maintenance and exterminators come in and out apartment without notice or courtesy call even if you’re not there. Price you actually pay is not what they tell you and is not what’s on the lease agreement. There’s no split payments which is kind of inconvenient if you have a roommate. During our move-in process over the past couple of months, Diamond has been the biggest help. She consistently stayed in communication with me and my partner, keeping us updated on any changes and making sure we always knew what to expect. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We want to give her a huge shoutout and say thank you so much! This transition would not have been nearly as easy without her.

From reviewing the reviews, and checking the website pics, i decided to go checm them out. Then going in to take a tour, going through the application process, all the way to move in- Dymond took care of it. Amazing communication and professionalism. Glad this is now the community I can call home. Thank yall for everything.

Throughout me and my wife’s move into Spalding Bridge, Diamond remained having efficient communication with both of us. She helped us out so much making sure that we were well taken care of throughout the move. Diamond really is incredible and is so appreciated by the both of us.
