Spa Cove Apartments

3 years here and I really have no complaints. Office staff is always super friendly and very attentive to our needs. Maintenance crew, especially Tim, is there at a moments notice to take care of any issues. And pest control will come each Friday if you request it. For a retired couple living on a fixed income, the rent is very reasonable.

Genuinely a great place to live! I’ve lived in a lot of apartments and the staff here are some of the nicest I’ve met! The apartments are very nice and the location is perfect! I absolutely recommend leasing here!

I have nothing but great things to say! The location is super convenient. The apartments are spacious and well-kept, with lots of natural light. The management team is friendly and quick to help with any issues. If you want a peaceful and nice place to live, I highly recommend Spa Cove!

EXCEPTIONAL VALUE (amenities, location, facility, physical dwellings .... vs. cost): Can't say enough! I have been renting in the Annapolis area for a few years. This is a GEM! I was initially attracted to their dog allowance policy, but our dog is elsewhere right now. Would like to set the record straight on a couple prior postings I've seen on the property: 1) never seen any rodents; 2) in the few months living here, have seen one or two cockroaches but pest control comes by quickly (someone else is calling); 3) the one or two maintenance requests we've submitted have been taken care of w/in 24 hrs or so; 4) the application process -- consistent w/ all the other Annapolis apartment complexes ... is frustrating ... get your ducks in a row and apply quickly.
