I am a local real estate agent in Lawton, and I've used Sovereign Title for over a dozen transactions this year. The staff is polite, friendly, and accommodating, even when unexpected issues arise. If you know anything about real estate, you know unexpected things *always* arise. The staff at Sovereign does what it takes to get from contract to closing. Highly recommend!

I honestly witness profession to the final period. SA&T is well knowledgeable about the law and stature of buying and selling homes. They ensured everyone was properly informed and what you need to know to complete the process. The staff is extremely polite and professional to everyone's needs. If I had a choice I would definitely use them again. 5☆ Easy

As others have expressed, do not use this company. Diane Hostetler that works here and Steve Coleman at Law Offices of Smith and Coleman, PLL. also located in Lawton cost me the sell of my home due to their failure to honor a court order. Steve J. Coleman wrote what I believe to be a frivolous title examiner’s report. He did not base his opinions on court orders, but on how he feels the court order should have been executed. Instead of Diane getting another opinion from a different title lawyer, or being useful in any way, she went with this, costing me the sell of my home. There is no instance in which anyone’s feelings of what a judge’s decision should’ve been, trumps a court order signed by a judge. I don’t know in which world a title lawyer’s opinion holds more weight than a judge’s or

We were in the process of buying a house and we backed out after the house wouldn't appraise for the value demanded by the buyer. Sovereign Title held our earnest money in the meantime. After the buyer refused to sign off to return the earnest money the receptionist or office help at Sovereign played a snarky little game of we will call you back later on it, but wouldn't return calls until I threaten to complain at the Real Estate Commission. Turns out the seller does all of his closings there and they are more loyal to him. So no help from this title company. I will still file a complaint with the Real Estate Commission. The attitude at the office is horrendous!

Hats off to the people of Sovereign!!! As a realtor who cares about not only taking care of the specifics for a transaction, but also dealing with people of integrity, I appreciate the dedication of the people at Sovereign. I appreciate and enjoy the way they are always friendly in the process. Even when things might come up that are complicated they make things go smoothly and all with a smile and positive attitude. That makes my job not only easier but even more enjoyable.
