Southroads Apartments

I have nothing but great things to say about this place, moved into the south road apartments and the new management has been great. They have been easy to work with and very friendly. Mary has been great with communication on the move in process and got us into a remodeled apartment. I welcome anybody to come live and enjoy this great apartment complex.

Mary was great to work with very sincere and nice helping me through the whole process especially after a sensitive personal matter . I feel good and feel like home.

Very bad experience with maintenance. More than a month with the air conditioning broken due to lack of freon. It's a decent place to live but the administration is very bad.The office it’s closed frecuently . It was my turn to deliver the property and the managment never did the tour with me. The manager just asked me to give him the keys and that's it. Then they tell you that you left things out of order before leaving and left the apartment better than how I took it, I put new ones to the bottom of the kitchen burners. I repeat the apartment is in excellent condition in terms of quality price and it is a quiet neighborhood. My only complaint is with the attention to the problems that exist there

I lived in southroads apartments for 5 years. The first year wasn't that bad. But after that it got bad fast. They let anyone into these apartments. I had my car window broken out by someone my neighbor had living with them. And the apartments did nothing. These apartments also have a roach problem.. the manager is rude and will enter your apartment whenever she wants then will say you put in a work order that gives me access. They won't fix anything in a timely manner or if they do its two weeks later. These apartments are 🗑. Do rent from them. In five years they have gone throw 4 office managers.

Awesome people very good place to live when I have a problem it is resolved right away!! 😁
