Pavilion At Twin Creek Apartments

Yo, this place is a joke. First off, they’re ALWAYS trying to sneak in random fees. My neighbors and us are constantly complaining about it, and honestly, it seems like they just make stuff up to charge people more. Super shady. Then there’s the dog poop problem. They made every dog get DNA tested, which sounds cool, but guess what? There’s STILL poop everywhere. Like, what was the point? Plus, the dog trash cans are nasty, never cleaned, and the whole dog park straight-up reeks of pee. No sprinkler system, no maintenance just a stinky mess. The trash situation is next-level bad. There's been posts on Facebook groups specifically talking about this complex man. There’s garbage all over near the movie theater, random trash piles near the dumpsters, and now they want residents to pay for o

My car was stolen from the parking lot when i first moved in. The theater parking lot right behind the apartments is used as practice for donuts between the hours of midnight and 2am and it's incredibly loud. The walls are thin. We had a drunk woman living there who was always in the hallways crying??? For almost 1900$, it's not updated at all (laminate counter tops, gross carpet, etc etc and now i pay far less to have a fireplace, granite counter tops and everything updated). The elevator takes 34 seconds to move 4 floors. It smells bad. The only plus i would give this place after living here for nearly four years is that the staff is really really nice. Most of this is out of their control, however, i would never move near this area again.

I have lived at P.T.C. Apts for 3 yrs now. The experience I have had has been very good. The Ladies in the office are always kind & each of them LISTEN to whatever the situation is. If need to be, it's handled. The 2 Maintenance Men, whenever there is a issue inside a Apt.--- there on it. Fixed. They create different events. It IS a good place to live.

This heat is getting ridiculous for me and my family. It’s 100° outside, and even with our thermostat cranked to 70, the place refuses to cool below 85°. 😩 When were these AC units last replaced? Anyone else roasting in their apartment too? React if you’re dealing with the same thing. So much for “luxury” living…

One of the best apartments i have ever lived in the staff is so helpful and nice. The place is kept super clean and they have a nice clubhouse would recommend it is so quiet here
