I recommend, kind office staff friendly & safe neighborhood. Great prices, the master bedrooms are spacious and the 3 bedroom units are very nice and roomy! (I have a 2 bedroom with balcony its enjoyable, best for a family of 3 or less due to the size & 1 bathroom in my opinion. Great overall ) -Diamond

I absolutely loved living here. I had minor issues on the bottom floor that I took care of myself. But overall I lived there for a year and I had no issues from the leasing office or neighbors. Everybody was very nice and stayed to themselves. Very quiet and clean apartment complex.

My mother had an appointment set for today and we arrived and the office was closed. It seems like this is a recurring issue with this apartment that hasn't been resolved for years. It's very unfortunate for the community that needs affordable housing to constantly run into these barriers. It shows poor time management, poor organization, and disrespect which reflects very poorly on the management. We will not be returning as my mother and everyone deserves better.

This is a low income tax subsidized complex (only for those households with less than an annual income of $35,000). 5 stars for the quality and size of the apartments. But... along with low income families come some shady people. Also there are no rules against smoking inside the apartments. There are some days when the smoke seeps into our apartment. Also expect a long arduous process to get in, especially if you have multiple sources of income. I would still recommend it to those who cannot afford a nicer apartment.

Great price for a two-bedroom apartment. The three bedrooms are more spacious, but a little bit more expensive, on the edge of the buildings, and sometimes suffer from heat leakage during the summer and winter
