Mansions at Tregaron

Stayed here for a year recently, but had to leave because of the lack of insulation in the apartments. This ended up costing us triple what we usually paid for in heating costs during the winter months in other nearby places. The area is nice and close to everything, so if you don't mind your apartment sounding like its going to fall when the wind hits than I guess its not a bad place. The walls are very thin and our kids were able to hear the neighbors during their extra curricular activities. It also didn't help hearing the neighbor next door hacking a lung and using the bathroom every morning. Nothing like hearing trickling pee in a toilet at 5a.m everyday.

I was at Mansions at Tregaron for 4 years. I enjoyed living here-I felt safe, nice neighbors, friendly/helpful staff, maintenance respectful and any issues resolved in a timely manner. Upkeep of the grounds and snow removal were taken care of when needed and the complex kept clean. Staff were very good about keeping residents informed/updated if there were any concerns or issues within the complex. Apartments are far enough from city, but convenient as well. Great place to view the Offutt Airshow and fireworks on the 4th of July! Overall a great place to live, I loved it! Thank you!

My husband and I recently had a tour of the apartments. I have never had such amazing customer service. Danielle and Harley were the absolute sweetest and took very good care of us. They have made the move in application process a breeze and we cannot wait for our unit to be ready!

My girlfriend and I toured at Mansions of tregaron and we couldn’t be more thrilled to move in! The staff Danielle and Harley were so welcoming and polite and extremely helpful and make the process easy! The property is beautiful and very clean! We are excited to get moved in! Highly recommend this property if you are looking to rent!

I toured this property recently and interviewed mgmt. I also spoke with many current residents and ultimately chose not to rent a unit here. Danielle (the Property Mgr) is a PROBLEM. She must have managed a college dorm floor in her past as she manages this property and Mansions at Granite Falls (spoke to residents there as well) like an RA. She was also very rude when I asked simple questions about the property and demeaned her owns staff (Harley specifically) in front of me. Adult residents don't need constant passive aggressive emails and threats in a place like this. If you are seeking that type of experience then this is the place for you. Hard pass for me.
