Highland Meadows Apartments

Highland Meadows Apartments is great! I’ve been here for about a year I can't complain. The staff is amazing and helpful especially with maintenance issues. It is well maintained and friendly!

I moved into this apartment in April. Had many infestations on my patio. Although, maintenance attempted to fix the issue it isn’t resolved. I also had an inspection yesterday and came home to my freezer open, I had to throw out about $120 worth of groceries due to them not taking accountability. I’m beyond frustrated as I’ve lived here for 5 months and NEVER had this happen before. On inspection day, it magically is open and everything is spoiled. And it’s unsafe to consume the meat due to it being partially thawed and an open fridge. Also, I pay $1300+ a month for this apartment and surrounding apartments are MUCH LESS! It’s priced as a luxurious apartment but it’s very much low quality! Maintenance is quick and efficient though lol especially Jordan and Jason

Going on my second year here and will continue to live here. I’ve never seen a better maintenance crew, you barely submit and they are at your door ready to help. The front desk ladies care about you, when I needed to transfer to a first floor apartment they notified me as soon as one was available and gave me plenty of time to transfer apartments. I’ve never felt so cared for by a complex. I sing their praises to anyone who asks.

I’ve been at this apartment complex for 2 years and am still loving it. Aside from the fair priced rent, beautiful landscaping the staff really makes this place a home. They remember my name always. The maintenance men here are truly amazing as well. I feel so comfortable having them come into my home, also they come literally the same day as the request. I have never lived somewhere and felt so comfortable. 10/10 recommend, I will be staying here for years to come as long as they keep the rent price fair.

Best maintenance team! They do an excellent job of resolving issues quickly. We needed a couple of minor repairs last week and Jordan was there within the hour to fix them. Jordan has always been friendly, thoughtful and helpful and we so appreciate living in a safe place that is taken care of so well. Exceptional level of service.
