Colonial Pointe at Fairview Apartments

I have never had a more enjoyable, seamless transition to moving into apartments. Rachel and her group were extremely inclusive, honest, and considerate. She is beyond patient and responsive. Also, their maintenance team is fantastic! I have never had such a group of great people before. They were up early and stayed up late scooping snow in the parking lot. They Make repairs and improvements right away when desired. They even went above and beyond for us by gifting us one of their modems for free because we needed one and they had one to spare (you may have to pay if you don’t have one, but these are the kind of people here)! My wife and I really like it here. And we have usually not liked apartment living. If you’re looking, do this! You will like it.

I have been happy with Colonial Pointe for a while, but unfortunately I am disappointed at the moment. I am very frustrated with how we are no longer able to use our AC to cool the apartment. I understand we are in cooler months, but during the day the apartments can still get toasty. I am forced to open windows for any sort of reprieve and bugs come into the apartment. We should have the option all the time on whether to cool or heat our apartment. If a reasonable limit needs to be placed I understand but completely taking that away is very frustrating. There was also very poor communication regarding this change. Don’t even know if or when we will get it back.

It was the fastest most no nonsense move in I’ve ever experienced. The staff is top notch and helpful in every way possible. An overall excellent experience!!!!

Max is the men 😎😊But, I was mainly interested in 3 bedroom due my kids. But hopefully it will come down to it. Counting Max .. recommend to see Max for introduction and tour. Just 2nd day will go from here

This place is truly such an amazing place to live! My husband and I have loved living here, the apartments are really nice and our neighbors are the best!! I’m so thankful for the community we have made at Colonial Pointe and have had such great experiences. All of the staff here is very helpful and the maintenance team is SO fast at getting whatever needs fixed taken care of.
