First, I will say this house is rocksolid. We just went through a tropical storm and didn’t even hear it. From a foundation perspective, this home is very well built. My concern comes from finishing. This was a custom home and the flaws and issues that we’ve had with subcontractors as well as this builder’s ability to resolve them is extremely unacceptable. The carpentry is substandard—gaps in the upgraded trim work, writing all over the boards and walls from his measurements. The attention to detail from the carpenter overall is good, but shelves are uneven, the range hood is it not centered—again finishing! The tile work is atrocious. Uneven tiles in the bathrooms, kitchen backsplash has parts of tiles exposed, tiles are all uneven, grout is falling out. The tile—it was done by Owens Flo

Just to start 1 of many reviews. Had to sue these folks. They take draws when they shouldn't have, had documented nothing, then don't pay even after you win in court. Be sure you require an authorization from you - not just the bank - on the draws.

Horrible builder, makes DR. Horton look like a 5 star builder. RUN, RUN, RUN!
