Southern Oaks Apartments

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The leasing office staff is incredibly helpful, professional, and always willing to answer questions or assist with anything that comes up. Maintenance is consistently on time and handles requests quickly and efficiently, which really gives peace of mind. The grounds are always well-manicured and the entire property is clearly well maintained, creating a clean and welcoming environment. Overall, it’s a great place to live and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-run and comfortable community.

Since Moving to Southern Oaks apartments, I've experienced Nothing But Greatness. The amenities, closeness of School's whether it's highschool, Middle or elementary. Activities for Adults and Children. Close to Stone mountain Park, local grocery stores, Great eating as well. Last but not least, my leasing office Shout-out too Mrs. Lynn ( for making this move-in process easy and Special) Also Ms. Amanda and the Wonderful maintenance Staff ❤️🙏🏾💙🌟

This property is located in an amazing area and extremely convenient. The property manager Ms Lynn does an amazing job of explaining the property and all the amazing amenities. She was a joy to meet and tour the property with. The renovations and upgrades look great and the staff is very friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a nice community to live in Southern Oaks is a great option.

May this 2026 Brand New Shiny Year bring in Harvest Blessings for ANYONE reading this review. I had to get online this morning to let ANYONE know who takes the time to read reviews and comments regarding anything that we choose to invest our nouns ( persons places or things (💲💳💰) in. I officially signed my lease with Southern Oaks in August of 2025. I was approved by Property Manager Lynn... Phenomenal strong Black woman...a literal gift from God. I am a 23 year domestic violence survivor. I have literally prior to my " move in date " had been literally physically homeless unsheltered for the past 7 years and transitionally homeless for three years prior to that. My apartment, which I just moved into is my 1st place. For 1 bedroom its plenty of space for me. Everything worked, and had electricity and heat upon moving in. Lots of paperwork but everything included plus costs was broken down. Even came with a dishwasher, stove/oven and a fridge/freezer. Location is near parks, the library and walking trails. Very nice
