First off he said their pet friendly after I spent $50 on the application fee then they tell me they don't accept dogs so basically they just stole $50 from my account I have called this place to find out information on leasing it nobody answers the phone no one calls you back and I physically come here three times and no one answers the door

We were excellent tenants and my water bill was not taken out of our name as 6-30-22. I owed $75.?? dollars with an additional 16 day period remaining for June and l know it doesn’t come out to owing $112.??. I contacted Guardian Water and she wished in a round about way that it was after 6-30-22. I was informed by Peggy in the rental that that’s the way it worked when you move out and when I asked if that was in my lease all the sudden she was busy and didn’t have time for me. I’ve looked over my previous lease agreement and see nothing to the sort’s where it says this. I’m going to contact Attorney General or whoever to ask if this legal, since It’s not in my lease. In early April 2024, I had a rather bad experience with lady at the rental office. She seemed nice and sweet on the outside, firsthand (like a customer facing employee should). But in conversation with her, she found it impossible to hide her bias for immigrants like myself, making insulting statements about where I come from....

They made us pay for a full month, even though our lease said 30 day notice. We gave way before that. They made us pay for a full month and we moved out on the middle of that month. We cleaned the apartment better than it was for us, an we are still waiting for our full deposit. So I'm hoping they get it together or my Attorney will be calling
