South Pointe Apartments

Avoid these apartments at all cost. They only care about money and if you live here then you will notice that with the yearly hike in rent when nothing has been changed or added to the apartment. It’s very challenging to get ahold of anyone unless you are incredibly upset. They also give you very little notice about dates. We apparently had access to leave our lease for 2 months before the end date but you have to be paying attention to that so you don’t miss it. When they do actually notify you, you have about a week to figure things out, if you’re staying or leaving. Make sure you read every single line of your lease as they will try to find a way to take more money from you. Highly recommend NOT living in an INH apartment.

Overpriced, unhelpful management, and constantly changing policies that removed guarantees originally made by the lease without compensation (i.e. off-street parking). When you are paying almost $1000 for a one-bedroom, you expect better from management. The absolutist and money-firsy policy changes seemed very slum-lordy. Avoid avoid avoid. This management company also owns the new building on vine.

Bryan Collins is such a helpful manager! This apartment is beautiful and the maintenance always comes as soon as I call. Beautiful place to live clean and well kept 👌

This property has been incredibly difficult to work with from the get go! I would avoid this property and any other properties by this management company if you can. They will not be willing to accommodate any of your needs.

this company is amazing! they have great staff and the maintenance is very quick to respond! I wish more people posted the positives! I would highly recommend to anyone!
