I have to say that Kara and the others at loanDepot are great! Kara talked with me directly through phone and email to get everything that needed to be done, done. The portal is very easy to navigate. It all went as fast and smooth as possible. Kara made me feel like I was her only client (which we know I wasn’t) ❤️. She answered all questions, looks out for you and really makes you feel taken care of. I have had many experiences with lenders from different places and this has been the most pleasant and less stressful than ever. Kara is a Queen! I cannot recommend her enough.
