Editing to answer the request for more feedback. Moved in about 5 months ago when the property was managed by a different company. Scheduled to move out at the end of the month. Received some move out instructions/notes from the current management company, and one of the things that stood out to me is "need to provide a receipt from a professional carpet cleaner or you will be charged". Nowhere in the contract says anything about requiring a receipt from a professional carpet cleaning company. After several emails to the property manager I still didn't get a reply. Also, all utilities are included in my rent since I pay for a furnished unit. Since the management company changed I get the electric bill in my door..
This is my home. The pictures you see are my apartment. Its clean. The manager takes care of things. We are a family here.
Very bad experience living here, the management is very inefficient. No proper response. Please stay away.
