Lifestyle as a whole has been great to work with. The building is older, and there obviously are issues that come with that. That being said, repairs and such should be the property manager, not someone in an office 2.5 hrs away, deals with. The property manager does not deal with anything and passes the buck off to her higher ups or uses the excuse of "well we don't have a maintenance man". She is also unreachable most times. My toilet barely works, my AC DOESNT work (thank god it's winter) and several other smaller issues. I can't seem to get any answers from lifestyle other than "talk to your property manager".

I stayed in one of their apartments for almost a year until I found a new place. The landlord Megan was WONDERFUL. Everyone at the office was kind and helpful. I was so thankful to have a place that was affordable for my son and I. If something was wrong with your apartment, they would fix it right away. I loved how the apartment building was locked and secure and there were cameras. Never had a single problem. I made sure my apartment was clean and orderly when I moved out for the next person as I would want the same when I moved into a new place. I did receive my whole deposit back. This company is a GOOD company and anyone that’s looking for an affordable place to live, consider giving lifestyles a call and fill out an application.

At the 24 unit apt. In St. Peter I live 30 years but during this time not all was Life Styles . Life Style does not protect our privacy, they place people’s monthly rent statements and annual rent recertification papers in un sealed envelopes by each apt. door. You have to mail in your rent. No on site person. So you mail your annual forms in but then they say they didn’t receive your bank acct. numbers . to fill out another sheet. It was sent twice . There were other sheets, they never asked for the other sheets twice, so who took my bank acct. numbers ?

I've lived here since May and I love it. I got the best Manager. Denny Ness. He helped me right away with putting hand bars in my bathroom after my deadly accident. But I'm still here. I recommend these places in Wanamingo MN. I love my home.

Hello I was former tenant in the North Grove Apartments in Clarks Grove. I moved out of there at the beginning of march. Everything was okay so I was expecting my security deposit back but they decided to use it for my last months rent. But there policy states that they security deposit can not be used to pay unpaid rent it’s supposed to used for any damages that were there. I documented everything that was wrong with the apartment and let them know that there was repairs that was needed to be done. But I never could get theses guys to do the repairs so I didn’t get my deposit back. I’m extremely pissed with how they handle this I was in the process of paying the rent.
