Debra has been making continuous unwanted contact with my family. I informed her to stop, and she refused. She has been sticking stuff to my windows and nearly caused a wreck in the street while she was driving and video recording my house. This is totally unprofessional and I will be forwarding this and videos to the proper channels. I've got you.

Deb was the best realtor we could've asked for . she worked for us. And it showed in every way... She was honest. Very responsive, and was available any time we needed her, whether it was to look at a house. Or just to answer all the questions we had along the way and was very informative thru the whole process.. She was a great realtor and I would recommend her to everybody. I tried to buy a house that Debra Schmidt was selling. It took my agent 3 tries including a phone call to get a showing because Ms Schmidt didn’t respond. I put an offer on the house but there were sellers’ signatures and initials missing from the paperwork in a few places and she refused to get her sellers to complete the paperwork. I didn’t want to encounter any legal hassles down the road so I rescinded my offer. Too bad, it was a nice place and I offered full price plus a quick closing. Did I mention that the house was on the market for 45 days before my offer. No wonder it hadn’t sold!

Sellers beware!! I have considered buying a house from this realtor on two different occasions over several years. Both times, Deb has been uncooperative, aggressive, and has sabotaged deals between the buyer and seller. Whether buying or selling, choose any realtor other than Deb Schmidt!
