Northgate Apartments

Accused my mother and I for being behind on rent when we had receipts that we had paid, then they tried saying that we were the ones causing all the noise when my younger siblings were hardly ever over, the landlord also said that there were “people” who saw my mother and I letting in a homeless person, she was talking about my grandmother because of the way she looked. My grandmother had her own place, she was not homeless. That woman tried to find any little reason to kick us out. Eventually she was able to. I don’t know how she did, but she did. Would not recommend this apartment unless you want a landlord who will pick at you until you’re gone. Make sure you don’t dress “homeless” either. She might not accept you

I am Not a RENTER.. but i saw the lawn( accross from United prairie bank) in front covered in cigarettes. I was thinking of applying. I assumed you guys were non smoking. Well if this is how u take care of ur apt outside i can imagine the inside🤢🤢

Tried to apply but got told we don't make enough even though me and my fiance make a little over 1600, then got a call stating we should find a cheaper place when I've quite literally called every other apartment complex in town

This is my second year living here and I love it

Perfect place and affordable. No issues so far. Stay ahead on rent would help.
