I have had a good experience renting an apartment from SRM! I am renewing my lease for the 3rd year and it has been really smooth overall! Paying rent and submitting maintenance requests have been easy and efficient. Also, the rent is reasonably priced/affordable and although the rent has gradually increased in small increments per year, it has been less than a $50 increase per year (which is very much appreciated given inflation)! Also, I have not had any issues getting in contact with someone in an emergency or even just with some questions! I’d recommend SRM in the future!

The maintenance and office team are also fantastic; they're not only efficient in handling repairs but also incredibly nice and helpful. Source Reality Management has been great! I just finished my first lease with SRM, and I will be signing another lease with them. Everyone in the office has been great. They respond to maintenance requests promptly, and the maintenance team has also been very helpful.
