Leaving a review in regards to my experience with Christie at the Southtown (Southgate) location: Honestly, she has been the one of the best leasing manager I've come across in our recent search. Her good energy is infectious during every interaction and she was very knowledgeable and resolute, making sure that if she didn't know the answer to something, to follow-up promptly. Although we had to decline on our approval due to some restrictions on our end, I 100% believe that our furthered experiences with her would have been A+.

Alena the manager evicted me put my belongings out in the snow in Jan 2023 I was was behind on my rent 200 dollars I owed 200 for Jan she put my thing out in the snow on Jan 21st The bailiffs the movers walked off the job refusing to put my things out. My sister had just been released from the hospital and my brother has autism she evicted me for 200 dollars that was owed for Jan in January Rude mean awful person When I went into talk to her she laughed in my face Ruined my credit for 200 dollars Also I was charged an extra 150 per month for an end unit But I was renting a 3 bedroom and 3 bedroom are only end units I was never given my security deposit or anything back

Alena Schiffman, the manager, is Rude and Unprofessional. Dont, rent here. plus the rent was increased from 1500 to 1800 over the last 2 years. not worth the price.

The condos are beautiful, but the management is a nightmare. They will sue you the first chance they get. Consider lawyer fees apart of the contract.

Well taken care of community and properties. Jessica was very helpful explaining the property details, as well as the neighborhood, surroundings. Would definitely recommend check it out.
