I lived here for over 3 years and they still found a way to take advantage of me after I left. They charged me for things that were just old, not damaged . like carpet and gas connections — just to make me pay for their upgrades. This place doesn’t care how long you’ve been a good tenant. Shameful and greedy behavior. Avoid if you can
