Bridgewood Apartments

My family has loved living here over the past three years. Our apartment is spacious, rent is reasonable, maintenance responds and fixes issues promptly, we have no problems with neighbors, and feel very safe here. Woodhaven-Brownstown School District is amazing. They keep the grounds looking beautiful. We absolutely love the pool. Laundry is a little more expensive than the laundromat, but it's worth it for the convenience. Our only small complaint is the walls are thin and sometimes we can hear our neighbor's tv. We highly recommend living here.

I lived here for 2 years, never missed a payment, then when I move out several months later I receive a call from a credit agent saying I owe them around 800 dollars for damages to the apartment and also not returning my key, which I did return it ! They went behind my back instead of calling me to solve whatever issues they had, instead they completely avoid contacting me, an then 6 months later I get a call an have 3 days to pay that amount or they are putting it on my credit report. They are shady, they don’t care about nothing but money. Would not recommend moving in there !

I have been staying at BRIDGEWOOD APTS for almost 3 years and I want to say since I’ve been here I have had no issues anything that I needed to get fixed it got done. The maintenance team is great. Also in the leasing office you have ginger. She is great when I call and I have questions. She is able to get me answers. Anything I need fixed. She always send someone over. I plan on staying with BRIDGEWOOD APTS for a very long time I was ready to upgrade my apartment to a two bedroom because of a certain situation and Ginger was able to help me and was very understanding.

I’ve been a long term tenant with Bridgewood for almost three years now and honestly you have the normal apartment nonsense but with the nonsense you have Ginger. At any other apartment complex I guarantee their property manager doesn’t care half as much as Ginger. She keeps the complex clean and up to standards. Any time I’ve had minor maintenance issues, garbage disposal or dishwashers she was gotten them fixed so quick. So quick. It baffles us sometimes how quick maintenance requests are handled. About a year ago I was a new mom— we had flying ants come and take over our house. I called ginger in tears because an ant flew in the milk I was working so hard for, within the hour she had someone at our place looking at plumbing before getting a bug guy over. So far my stay has been great all my neighbors are sweet and quiet for the most part! The manger helps with any issues I have and replays back fast. The apartment was super clean move in day. The maintenance team are super helpful and sweet. Overall 10/10 would recommend
