5 stars all around! This place is amazing the manager Shawna does a great job managing the apartments and keeping the place clean. I had a tour with Keli and she answered all my questions with perfect answers! Cant wait to live here, what a great place!

This is the best apartment complex I’ve ever seen! Shawna is very welcoming and knowledgeable! I had a conversation with Keli and she’s awesome. They both knew exactly what they were doing and are great at it. Highly recommend this place

Highly disappointed in my short term experience. No Matter how perfect you leave your apartment, and you move out well before your scheduled date, and leave your utilities on, and they have a new tenant into your apartment immediately, you will still never get your security deposit back. There will be a loophole they get you with. You’ll expect $1,000 check in the mail and receive a $1,200 bill you owe them instead. Very misleading business practice. I regret referring my friends and feel bad for when they have to move out in the future. I will never refer anyone again after being misled and scammed for no reason. I did not hold up any new tenancy or cost redwood any time or money. Therefore there l is no legitimate reason to keep my money. There were no repairs needed and I went above and
