Sonoran Palms Apartments

This is my first time renting and can say my experience was quick and easy! The staff here is great!! I was lucky enough to be helped by Neyda!! Shes so sweet and very professional!! She’s also very friendly and helped me feel comfortable in this new environment. She was able to reassure me on any (and all!) of my questions about this location as well. I’m very satisfied with my apartment and can’t wait to start my next chapter here!

I inquired about this property and got a call from Neyda right away. She got a tour set up for me the same day and I was sold by just her alone. She was very sweet, thorough and very knowledgeable about the property. The apartment we saw was updated inside which was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely be revisiting in a few months when my lease is up!

My move-in experience has been great so far. The whole process was really easy, and Neyda has been the absolute sweetest—she hasn’t been there long, but she’s doing amazing. Everyone I’ve met from the staff has been super friendly. I’m really happy with my new place!

Took a long time to get the sink replaced (2 months) but it's done. Looks beautiful. Works well except the hot water is cold and cold is hot. Friendly and quick. No mess left behind.

My son was late to find a place in 2024 to live for his third term of ASU. I was forced to look for housing near the MIX Center, in Mesa. The management advertised special rates, but then because of payment confusion attempted to remove the special from our lease agreement and charge full rates. Within the first couple months of renting the apartment my sons catalytic converter was stolen from his car in the apartment "safe" parking. They knew my son was a student and when it came time for him to go back home they claimed he still had a month left on the lease and they needed a months notice. All very shady. I would not recommend. We did not receive our deposit back. There was no communication or explanation. Poor business practices.
