I have lived at Sonoma Palms for many years and I genuinely love living here. The community is well cared for and the staff consistently goes above and beyond to make residents feel supported and valued. The maintenance team in particular deserves special recognition, especially Jose and Andrew, who are truly exceptional at what they do. They are always prompt, polite, and respectful and they approach every request with professionalism and care. Any issue I have ever had is handled quickly and efficiently without unnecessary delays and with clear expertise. It brings so much peace of mind knowing that maintenance concerns are taken seriously and resolved properly the first time. I lived in Sonoma Palms for a year and I only have good things to say about it. Everyone that works there is very nice. Kristina and Julia in the main office made everything easy for us when we moved in and moved out. The maintenance crew, Jose, Andrew and Arnaldo were all exceptional, professional and friendly. The amenities were always taken care of, the community was quiet and there is a beautiful view of the Organ Mountain. During my time there I joined some of the community events organized by Kristina and Julia. You can tell they put a lot of thought and effort and I really enjoyed them. Overall, it was a wonderful experience living in Sonoma Palms!

I’ve really enjoyed living here! The apartment itself is absolutely gorgeous ,modern, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The entire property is always clean and peaceful, which makes it such a relaxing place to come home to. The staff clearly care about the community and it shows in how well they take care of everything. Kristina and Julia in the main office are so sweet, welcoming, and helpful. I truly appreciate the effort they put into keeping this a great place to live. I couldn’t be happier with my living experience here!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Julie! Julie has been an absolute angel throughout my entire apartment search. She helped me find my place and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. She’s always been incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely sweet. You can tell she truly cares and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is understood and handled smoothly. If you want someone who’s kind, supportive, and truly on your side, Julie is the one. I’m so grateful for her!

I just recently moved to Las Cruces from California and Sonoma Palms was the best decision I could have made. The Apartments are very nice and have all the accommodations I was looking for including a pickleball court, Gym, Pool. As well as are pet friendly with dog parks for your fur baby’s. The staff that works here are very friendly and quick to respond to and needs. I had a problem with the water heater and Arnoldo was quick to respond and had it fixed with in an hour from my request. Also special thanks to Julia and everyone else at the from desk they are friendly and quick to help with anything needed. If you’re looking for a place in Las Cruces look no further Sonoma Palms should be your first and only place to look at. You won’t be disappointed.
