Somerset at Deerfield Apartments & Townhomes

Update after two years - Moved into my second apartment within Somerset to a slightly larger house. It's been a wonderful experience at the previous house and given the location of Somerset between Kroger and Walmart moving within Somerset was an easy decision. We love the new apartment and the move in experience was great. There were few minor things which needed to be fixed and they addressed it right away. The management is great and very friendly. Tiffany and Team are doing a great job!! Overall I am super happy that I am continuing my stay at Somerset. Highly recommend.

Living at Somerset at Deerfield truly feels like home. The 24-hour gym and other amenities are great added benefits, and the leasing office staff are extremely friendly and supportive—they understand concerns and address them very quickly. I just moved in last weekend, and the move-in process was very smooth. My experience so far has been very positive. Whenever I come back from work or anywhere else, I always say, “I’m going home😁,” not “I’m going to my apartment.

Apartments maintenance services from in sides are good. Leasing staff is polite. Building maintenance is also good. Except hallways lights, garbage and cleaning. Whole day it is very dark in the hallway. Tiffany and Katelyn and Charlie are wonderful staff. I recommend this place.

We recently moved to Somerset at Deerfield, and our experience has been excellent so far. The leasing office staff has been incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Tiffany and Kaitlyn for making our move so smooth and stress-free. They were friendly, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to help us settle in. We’re very happy to call this place our new home and truly appreciate the outstanding service from the team!

This apartment is really really bad…the air conditioning is not working for over a week in this hot summer and office just hang a tiny portable air conditioner on a window for a two bedroom apartment which even could not cool the room down to 82F. Have been calling office everyday and no one cares. This is not a story, it is happening now, for multiple families with kids staying sweat. So no matter what they tell you how good this apartment is, it is not really.
