Sofi Sunnyvale

So Sofi complained and tried to take this post down for racial reasons? There's nothing racial about this post. It clearly displays vandalism that the company doesn't want to evict their tenants for causing. I would never live there, worst place ever and service is horrible. I am not a resident at this apartment, but the residents in Building 300, specifically a group of Indian people (this is NOT being racial, ask a cop because it's giving a description of the person), continue to hang around the Sunnyvale Fairway parking area near our vehicles parked on the Sunnyvale Fairways side. I just got my windshield cracked by one of them. I went to the leasing office to consult this with some people there and the management Miriam told me I needed to talk to HOA about these problems, but even so

Well maintained and managed apartment. Clean, nice, quite and beautiful apartment to leave. Onsite leasing office and leasing managements personnels are very resonsive and easy to work with.

I am staying here for last 2 years . Maintenance staffs are really good and attentive .no security issues as it comes with gated garrage parking . A special mention to maintenance staff Guillermo Cruz for his ownership to take any issues promptly. Thanks.

Update: One star. (Serious management / leasing office / paperwork issues) I’ve also read a similar review just a few below ours on Google that has the exact same issues with management! It’s a trend. Stay away from Sofi. Details: We've been trying to reach the office for MONTHS to try and renew our lease to be a yearly lease and switch-over from month-to-month (where we've been paying 300 per month extra), but they are not non-responsive on phone, email or in person. Meanwhile, our friends who emailed the office looking for a "first time" lease, got an immediate reply, so there is definitely something fishy going on where they just want to keep dragging us along, having us pay insane amounts of money in extra rent because they can. I have been living in Sofi Sunnyvale for about 3.5 months now and I want to give a shout out to the Leasing Office namely Raul as well as the maintenance person Guillermo! Raul was so kind and supportive in all the paperwork and showing me apartments that I felt safe to move here. Guillermo has been super efficient with any repairs that come up for us. Exceptional service :)
