Mission Pointe by Windsor Apartments

Flagged multiple times to the management team (in person and via email) that they need to do something about pets owners not cleaning up AND about the trash management system which is completely undersized and out of control. I keep on getting very polite and unhelpful answers, and nothing is done about it beyond sending an email to the full community asking people to clean up after their pets and sort their trash. Nice gesture, but they have been sending this emails very regularly for the last couple of years and, clearly, the emails are useless. No other action is being taken. Not even bothering to show good intend by cleaning up the current poops on sidewalks. In other reviews replies they say someone cleans every morning at 9am... Maybe they do clean trash on the grass/sidewalks, but

Pets poop on the walkway. No one cleans it up. This poop has been here for over a week. Update January 2026: After three weeks, the poop was cleaned up. Update January 2026: New poop found in grass. Multiple droppings. Pet owners are not cleaning it up.

This community only accepts Bilt as online payment platform. Recent Bilt policy changes caused online payment failure and payment portal freezing. I was on my vacation. Desperately trying to reach out to payment office. No one responded after two business days but got a vacate notice from leasing. They have time to print and spread the paper notice to my door but they don’t have time to talk to each other. They just don’t care. Had to pause work, get cashiers check from bank and stop by leasing office during the work day so that they can get money on time. Have been living here for two years and just renewed my lease. Emily was an absolute pleasure to work with during our tour of Mission Pointe by Windsor. From the moment we arrived, her energy and enthusiasm were contagious. She clearly knows the property inside and out and made the entire experience feel personal rather than just a sales walkthrough. She was attentive, answered every question we had, and followed up promptly afterward, which really stood out. Ultimately, we decided the unit sizes and storage options weren't quite the right fit for our needs, but that had nothing to do with Emily's effort ; she went above and beyond at every step. If you're considering Mission Pointe, ask for Emily. Even if the property isn't your final choice, you'll leave feeling well-informed and genuinely taken care of.

I’ve had a good experience living here overall. The gym renovation took almost a year, but the result is excellent. Management is responsive, and maintenance is great. The first floor can have drainage issues during heavy rain, and the stove’s a bit old, though they replaced the freezer promptly. It’s not the most modern complex, but it’s comfortable and well maintained.
