Citra Apartments

We had a great experience with the Citra Maintenance team. They were very responsive and professional. Special thanks to Orlando, who did a fabulous job fixing the washer and drainage issues promptly and efficiently. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and ensured everything was working perfectly before leaving. Truly appreciate the excellent support—keep up the great work!

Maintenance was quick and informative. I was helped by Orlando on the same day after submitting a maintenance request for a clogged kitchen sink. He was good at communicating progress and called an external plumber when tools were lacking. He also spent time teaching me about how the pipes in the apartment worked.

Orlando did a great job fixing our garbage disposal and even offered to replace the handles of the drawers nearby. Super quick, in and out in minutes. Appreciate the high standard of work upheld by people like Orlando.

I have rented this place last year, great property. Really like the new management, they are very responsive to addressing open issues. Property is well maintained and regularly cleaned. They are very prompt in fixing the open issues and empathetic to the urgent issues. My bathroom needed repair, they promptly came to fix it, he was very thorough in the repairs. When power for my refrigerator tripped Tamara (Community Director) treated it with an emergency and sent staff to fix it right away and even offered that I keep my perishables in club house in case needed.

(I don't live here. Here's my apartment tour experience). The apartment is decent. However, there are a couple of things that threw me off. The leasing management is a little unresponsive and unfriendly. First, I had an appointment for a scheduled tour. However, I was made to wait for long. The leasing lady was arguing with the other person on the phone. Not a great sign. Then, I needed to take some photos and videos for someone on the other side of the earth. However, I wasn't able to capture them freely during the tour. Lastly, I was told I will be contacted about the unit by the end of day. Guess what? I had to call back (and still couldn't reach). Eventually they did contact me. However, I wouldn't want to live here because of my experience with the leasing office.
