Searching for a great place to live can be a headache, but the team at Naya makes it easy. I wanted to give a huge shout-out to the leasing office, especially the manager, Jon, for making this such a wonderful community. The management here truly cares about the residents. Any time a maintenance issue pops up, it is handled with incredible speed and professionalism. It’s rare to find a team that is this responsive and genuinely dedicated to keeping everything in top shape. If you’re looking for a well-maintained home with a management team that actually listens and acts fast, I can't recommend this place enough.

Just moved in a month ago and the place has been great! The staff has been nothing short of excellent. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that my move-in experience was seamless. I had a my bed come in a day early and they did me the kindness of bringing it into my unit so it wasn't sitting outside. They have also been super attentive with any issues that have arose, as an example, my fridge's water dispenser wasn't working and maintenance was able to fix it the same day. I'm incredibly happy with this place and looking forward to the next year.

We lived at Naya for 2 years. It’s a lovely neighborhood with well maintained facilities. The repair is always fast. Manager Jon is very friendly, professional, and responsive. There were some down times like garage door remote control issue twice, and I lost one package after traveling away for a week. It’s almost impossible to have a problem-free living experience in any neighborhood, but what makes the real difference is how those problems are handled. I think all the concerns were well addressed and taken good care of at Naya. What’s def worth mentioning is the move out experience. It’s smooth, transparent, and no hidden fee. Excellent! It was great interacting with Jon Vitalich. The complex itself is new, and located at the center of one of the main shopping areas and restaurants which I found extremely convenient. Moreover the Homestead High School school district was important to me for my kids.
