Redwood place is an amazing place to call home. The property is very well maintained and contains lots of green walkways where you can enjoy your afternoon. The gardens are always full of flowers, and overall, the property is very quiet which is great for working from home. The pool and gym are also well maintained. Staff can be seen cleaning them during the day, and they manage to keep it fairly clean. We had ants our first year, but management would always respond to our requests and send out someone who would help spray where the ants were originating from. We have not had an issue with them since then. Living here really does feel like living in a resort. I highly recommend it!

I’ve been living at Redwood Place for about 2 years, and I honestly love it. The community is quiet, safe, and well-maintained. I would like to recognize Tony from the maintenance team he does an excellent job. He always explains everything very clearly and makes sure the work is done right. The management office is always friendly and professional specially Kat. The common areas are clean, and the neighbors are respectful. The location is also perfect close to stores, transportation, and everything I need for my daily routine. It’s also very close to the freeway, which is extremely convenient for my work. I feel very comfortable living here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apartment.

We moved in very quickly — the process took less than three days, and the staff was wonderful ❤️ The apartment was bright, clean, and felt like home during our 13 months here. I moved in about 6 months ago and absolutely love living here. The buildings are new so they are in great shape and the common areas/pool are all well-kept and clean. The walking paths feel very safe and comfortable even late at night. As others mentioned in their reviews, maintenance is always very responsive and polite, they handle most issues within 24 hours. Highly recommend living here

There has been a recurring issue with marijuana smoke drifting into my apartment. The lease clearly states a no-smoking policy, yet the smell frequently enters the unit, especially during the day. The smell is strong in the hallway and public area. I have already reported this to management multiple times, but the issue is still ongoing. This significantly affects the living environment and comfort of residents. I hope management will take steps to enforce the building’s no-smoking policy and address the issue.
