Altos is a great company! I moved to an apartment with my boyfriend 4 years ago in Sunnyvale and they made the process of moving in so easy. Laura helped us in getting the apartment and it was smooth! As first timers of getting our own apartment, they were patient and kind. Whenever maintenance is needed, they would fix it right away. Moving out was also easy as well! The manager Justin was very helpful and kind. If you need an apartment in the Bay Area, definitely find apartments under these guys! They’re awesome.

As tenants, we had the best experience working with Justin from Los Altos Realty Advisors. He was always available, proactive in finding solutions, and incredibly reliable. His professionalism combined with a very human, thoughtful approach made a big difference. We truly appreciated the support and communication.

Having had Justin as my property manager for my first apartment was wonderful. Great communication and you could tell that he genuinely cares. Any concerns I had or requests for assistance I made were taken seriously and handled promptly. Overall a great experience with this management company.

Best property management company I have ever worked with. From touring multiple units to moving out, Justin and his team were extremely responsive, understanding, and always did his best to help me out. Had to move out for other reasons and after renting from a different PM company, I wish I could have continued renting with them. But since they're so amazing that's probably why there's competition for their units!

I was a tenant in an Altos-managed property for a year and a half, and I had a fantastic experience. My landlord, Mark, was accommodating and easy to communicate with. He was quick to address the few issues I reported, and his responsiveness made my first apartment experience a very positive one. The rent was affordable for the Bay Area and the building was safe and well-maintained. If I return to the area, I would definitely consider renting from Altos again, and I highly recommend them to others!
