I cannot say enough about Chris and Smith Building Company. Our home in Rutland, VT was built in 1938 and he transformed our old uninsulated mudroom into an office and half bathroom, and the attention to detail was fun to watch. Spray foam insulation to flooring, from tile to a new toilet and fixtures — Chris has a great eye. I highly recommend SBC anything you need built. The more custom the better!! Thank you so much!!

Chris is an exceptional builder! He and his team built our house in 2018 -19 and it's still standing! ;-) Seriously, he has an eye for detail and was very good at communication and responsive to all of our needs. The quality of materials and workmanship were second to none. We would highly recommend Smith Building.
