I genuinely feel sorry for anyone unfortunate enough to list with this place. I called for info on a multifamily and the realtor Susan knew almost nothing about the listing. Saying she would send me the flyer more than once when asking basic questions. Its the next day around 4pm and no flyer. we double cheked the email address we texted and it was correct. When we asked realtor she said she already sent it. I would be very upset to know this is the kind of service my listing is getting. She also didnt respond when we told her we hadn'treceived it. Another thing was she felt the need to correct my husband when he called it a duplex stating that duplexs are only side by side not top and bottom 😆

So, where do I start . Susan Bishop was the Realitor that had listing. I had talked to her several times before going to see property. I told her we had to sell our home, but had a buyer.. so she knew where we stood! The property was as in VT. We were 5 hours away. One way, we loved the pics and wanted to come,, we didn’t know until we got there that there was another offer that came in.. a all cash offer with no contingencies, no inspections. Solid offer I would definitely say. So why on earth did she NOT text me or call to let us know???we would NOT! Have come and wasted our time!!! We also had friends meet us there to go over property.. susan Bishop didn’t care at all about letting us know! This in my book is very unprofessional in every way!
