I have completed multiple multi family real estate transactions where Renee has been assigned to me as my appraiser. She has given an accurate, professional and timely appraisal both times. Highly recommended.

I’m selling my home in Vermont to move away from shady people like this. She was chosen to appraise my home for a lender. Her comps were completely useless, as she used sold homes that were not even in the realm of similar. Sure the square footage was close, or the acreage was close, and she did adjust for that. But where she came in short was in the location. The home is private and on the Neshobe River with a sandy beach. The homes that she chose for comps were crowded and or nowhere near a river. The other point was that she chose homes miles outside of town and my home was in the center of town, and still private being a 5 minute walk to the local amenities. She truly did me dirty, and being related to me she shouldn’t be able to carry the last name.

While I did not work with Renee, I called her frantically about an issue I had with another appraisal and she took the time to discuss my problem and give me more information. We chatted for about 15 minutes and at the end of our phone call I felt SO much better. If I ever need an appraisal in the future she is the one I would trust.

Renee was very professional and got our appraisal done very quickly. I would highly recommend her.
