Unprofessional called a disgruntled ex girlfriend instead of landlord for reference for elderly man. Because of social worker error and refused to reopen application.

Having been a landlord and owner of a property management business, I can say, unequivocally, that Brent and his staff provide the highest level of service to tenants and rental property owners. Whenever there is an issue in my apartment, they are quick to respond and follow through with whatever needs to be done. In this age of declining quality in the service sector, Brent and his staff demonstrate that excellence matters.

I have lived at Hospital Heights for about 2 years and I am moving soon. I just want to say that the Fucci Company has been wonderful to rent from. When you need some maintenance done, they are very prompt to take care of the problem. Also, the neighbors are great. It's very a very friendly atmosphere. The apartments are great also. Michele and Shannon are wonderful people. I've talked to Dave Fucci and he is friendly. I can't say enough.

Very affordable rent at their Regency Manor location, especially because it includes your utilities. They also include a storage shed and there is an on-site playground which is nice. The biggest downside is that they could use a remodel on their units- new flooring/carpeting, new cabinets, etc.Overall, a good company to rent from.
