Highland Meadows Apartments

Moved in in 2021 great landlord his name was John. Rented me a non renovated 2 bed 2 bath for $1100. (Cheaper then the others) Downside was nothing ever got fixed.. fast forward to the new owner. Taken over in 22 I believe, comes in raises everyone’s rent. Still nothing gets fixed, back balcony porch has been rotting since day 1. Carpets were never removed like every other single apartment. Nothing still got fixed. He ripped a hole in the linoleum kitchen floor replacing a fridge that died on me. Never fixed it. I had personal reasons for leaving and left with NO FIGHT or eviction rent was ALWAYS PAID! He kept my entire march month rent and my deposit saying I had thousands and thousands of damages caused by me. Yes there was damages done and I knew I’d pay for which I was fine with cons

I love living here the place is beautil inside and out
