Skyline New Rochelle

The leasing and move in experience with skyline New Rochelle was amazing. Our leasing agent Chris really found our family the perfect apartment. The rooms are so big and cozy. Our views are so incredible. We really do love it here . Everyone on staff at Skyline New Rochelle has been so welcoming.

I worked with Alexandria Fleitas, a leasing specialist with only one year of experience, and it was clear she lacked knowledge of the process. Every time I had questions about the property, she would huff and puff as if I was bothering her. Instead of ensuring the apartment was ready, she was more focused on rushing us into a unit that was not move-in ready. The old tenants moved out on 9/17, and Ms. Fleitas originally gave me a move-in date of 9/25—a completely unrealistic turnaround. After two years of living in this place, I feel it's important to share our experience so others know what they’re getting into. The apartment itself was decent, but the rent was extremely high. Everything changed once rats started appearing in the unit. At first, there were a few mice, and we managed to deal with them. But very quickly, rats showed up — and that’s when our living situation turned into a nightmare. They chewed through our belongings, clothes, and even our kids’ school bags just to reach leftover food. Anything related to food was damaged. I was initially thrilled about visiting the apartment complex for a tour. I had researched the property before my arrival. However, I was immediately disappointed upon entering the building. Despite my initial excitement, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. The strong animal urine smell emanating from the area rug at the building’s entrance was immediately noticeable. The building’s design and layout were well thought out. The leasing agent accompanied me to a few units, and his service was commendable. I have been living here for 8 months and love it already! There has been so many events for days like the first day of school where they gave out free supplies and book bags, Halloween where they had us create our own scary cookies, Thanksgiving where they made food for us, or even just random days where we had pizza parties!The staff is so friendly and nice! The gym is good I always go there when I’m feeling motivated! Over all this apartment complex is so loving and caring they really care about the tenants so 5 stars!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 -Apt. 17P (PS.
